Yes,Even i have seen ,the book mentioning FIFO as a default Q'ing method.
Also in the COLT (Cisco On-Line Testing) if you click at FIFO ,the answer is
considered to be right.

But I have seen several other references which says that WFQ is the default
Q'ing method for links having speed less than 2Mbps.
