Have you loaded the Cisco-specific MIBs? Also, have you selected any filters
which may prevent HPOV from seeing the routers?
I've set up HPOV (NNM) several times and have seen this behavior. If you
*don't* select filters, HPOV will poll EVERYTHING, such as telling you that
someone's laptop is down. By selecting the right filters you can tell the
software to just report on "essential" nodes.
