I am assuming you are using a terminal server here? Try having this in your config for your terminal server:
line con 0
exec-timeout 0 0
line 1 8
no exec
transport input all

I use the line to connect with the console of 2501 and the serial of the
pc,but no more 1 minute(even no more than 30 seconds),the Hyperterm lost
response,I have to re-run the hyperterm,why?
