Mike,
just acouple of letter here "NMBA". Frame relay is non-broadcast so
this is why you don't see any adjancies being formed and definately no
DR/BDR(ethernet is broadcast). Now with frame-relay you has a couple of
options to assist in the making it broadcast. There's a couple of sources
you could find these answers and more.. Doyle's book - Routing TCP/IP and
Thomas -OSPF Network Design. for starters.
A simple search at CCO with the keyword "cookbook" yeilded this result.
