an upgrade could very well mean a downgrade........be carefull.  Are their
known bugs / problems you are encountering that you are trying to
shake?  Or new features you are trying to deploy?  Can you live with the
set of bugs in the new IOS? (IOS is *always* a compromise of what bugs can
you live with)

suits love buzzwords.................is their a purpose to the vpn or just
a training exercise?  If they are just trying to say "we did it", then
their are numerous things you can do like that to add to the list of
buzzwords deployed.
