Two resources helped me the most to pass my MCNS:
1- The original courseware by Cisco. Almost all the questions come from this
manual. The book " Designing Network Security " by Merike Kaeo is a good
reference, but not much help with the exam.
2- Boson practice test. Great resource and big help.
