Do you have PVDM dsp module installed?
The 'show dsp' looks like:

Another cause of your problems could be the newer version
of FXO VICs - i.e. the VIC-2FXO-EU-M2 is not
supported yet in c1750 - I must exchange it for normal EU version.
I dont know if any new FXS modules have similar issues.
