I just looked at a 4000 switch we have here and didn't see anything either. In the CiscoPress BCMSN book (Page 374-375) It says "Cisco IOS software now allows you to use a Web browser to issue Cisco IOS commands to your network device." Ver 11.0(6) and later. I couldn't find anything about using Http management via a set based switch. Although I do have it working on a 2912XL and it works great. Diagrams and everything.
