I believe it depends on the lmi type - certainly I can't check the CIR directly on our network, but some others on this list have reported that they can. However, ask your telco - they may have a reporting facility (e.g. secure web site) or some other way that you can easily check the details of each link. If you have defined the FRAME-RELAY map you can execute the sh frame-relay pvc X (x is your DLCI number) If you are using traffic shaping you will see more information including you queuing scheme.
