I believe it depends on the lmi type - certainly I can't check the CIR
directly on our network, but some others on this list have reported that
they can.
However, ask your telco - they may have a reporting facility (e.g. secure
web site) or some other way that you can easily check the details of each
link.

Dear ALL,

there is no way to verify the CIR that the FRAME-RELAY provider
is giving you !

If you have defined the FRAME-RELAY map you can
execute the
sh frame-relay pvc X (x is your DLCI number)

If you are using traffic shaping you will see
more information including you queuing scheme.
