I have a new customer that will be connecting to a Cisco 3600 with two Hssi cards. They will be connecting to us via a satellite modem. This will be a simplex circuit (customer receive only). The other Hssi port will be connected to a Frame switch (direct connect to UUnet). Encap is hdlc on the customers end. The frame switch and the satellite modem will provide clock. Other than telling the customers router "no keepalives", is there any other configuration modifications anyone could recommend?
