I am studying for my CVOICE test, but am no CVOICE expert barely a novice.
>From my studies, I remember that the 3600 series routers do support E1.
Listed below is a url from Cisco which states that the 3600 series does
support E1. Basically, I search Cisco.com with 3640. It might come up some
links to help you solve your problem.
