Well, I have heard there is another Howard Berkowitz somewhere, but I
don't have a website of my own. I have been certified as a CCSI, but
I have been quite explicit that since I no longer work for a training
partner, I am a former or inactive CCSI.

I am technical director for CertificationZone, owned by Genium
Publishing, which has final responsibility for the site. As with
many other sites, Cisco has been very aggressive in going after
perceived violations, and Genium has been responsive to Cisco. To the
best of my knowledge, there are no outstanding issues between Cisco
and Genium.

Regardless of the person being named at this alleged cisco meeting, I
find it less than credible that a vice president of ANY corporation
would go public with an intention to sue a particular individual.
Their corporate legal department would very likely go ballistic on
such an uncontrolled release of strategy.

What meeting and what vice president was involved?
