It's easy to figure out that someone has left the
company, but how do they determine the reason someone
left? If I got my CCIE and after 6 months I decide my
company is not making use of me, and then I go to
another Cisco partner... that does not mean the new
company lured me away. I left for my own reasons.
Should my new company be penalized?
