Addresses are only summarized at network boundaries, for instance if your router has
one interface in the 10.0.0/24 subnet and another interface in the 192.168.0/24 subnet
then routing updates sent to the 192.168.0 interface will have a summarized 10/8 entry
for the first network. If your entire network is using the same network address and
subnet then it will never be summarized.
