Hy Guys,
I have a configuration for my Cisco Router 3640 on the BRI that it is a
backup interface for Serial line:

When i shutdown the serial line (Serial 1/0), the BRI2/0 is in standby mode
and the link don't come up.
What is it the your Opinion ?
Can You help me to find the solution?
Any suggestion will have appreciated.
