It's unnecessary to have the backup interface lines in your serial config if
you're using dialer watch, so I would remove them.  Once you do that, your
BRI will go up(spoofing) so you need to make sure your dialer list does not
allow eigrp to bring up your backup line. 

I am using a config very similar to yours and it works beautifully.
