If this test was the limit of your knowledge, I'd hit the books again very
hard.  I missed my last exam by less than 5 points & walked away with the
attitude "I'd been ripped-off."  The next week (having only studied what I'd
missed), I failed the exam by 50 points & got a perfect score in the area I
restudied :-0

Just my experience with the "Almost Passed"
