Just to add to the book list. OSPF Network Design Solutions by Thomas M. Thomas II is very good. Although, I picked this up last year and it was all "Double Dutch" to me. It has now become more readable after reading some of the other texts mentioned. Also see RFC 1586 : Guidlines for running OSPF over F/R Networks.
