According to the documentation, new features for 12.0T train lists the
following possibilities:

aaa accounting {system | network | exec | connection | commands level}
{default | list-name}
     {start-stop | wait-start | stop-only | none} [group group-name]

But it is listed under the 12.1 code.

Have they implemented the "aaa new-model" command in order to turn on aaa
configuration.
