I was talking with some people at Wave Technologies about the CCNP
bootcamp. Here's a breakdown.
They want $9000USd (even if yourself personally doesn't have to pay it,
it's still alot of money)
for that 9k, you get the cisco press books that you can buy youreself,
and you get their study get and after you read all that you get 1 week
of their lab time.   So all your paying for is their pdf's and a week of
time and if you look hard enough on the net you'll find copies of their
"study guides".  So i'd say if you can get the money somehow, build your
own home lab and atleast you can sell the equipment when your done.

Global knowledge is pretty good i've heard and I cannot comment on their
"camps"
