PPP Multilink or Cisco BoD

To all DDR gurus:

Are there any benefits in using the Cisco Proprietary =
Bandwidth-on-Demand feature (ie. dialer load-threshold), rather than =
using ppp multilink (other than the fact the ppp multilink is standard)?
