I beleive that the problem is the TFTP server, which you probably =
downloaded
from Cisco's FTP site. I have the same problem with that one once in a
while, and I know many other people have too.
You need to get a different one, and I believe that 3COM has one for
download on their site, but you can probably find several if you search =
for
them on the Internet.

this may be a little late, but if you are using Cisco TFTP Server try
unchecking "show
file transfer progress" and "enable logging" from options.
