anced.htm#xtocid62291

This doc says PIX does not support BOOTP request. You could however look at
setting the PIX up as a DCHP server. It will however only support 32
clients.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Repost: PIX, VPNs & DHCP

Hi All,

I was wondering if it's possible to forward DHCP packets through a
PIX-PIX
VPN tunnel? I have 1 DHCP server and would like to start using it for
my
branch offices seeing as they have more problems with DHCP and no IT
staff
to support it.

I haven't found any documentation on this. Has anyone done this?

Thanks in advance,

Greg
