When you say "punch down" do you mean terminate on a 66 style block? Each
pair has a 'tip' and a 'ring'. The ring colors in order are blue, orange,
green, brown, slate (gray). The tip colors are white, red, black, yellow,
violet. (I'm not certain if I gave the correct order. So you go through the
ring colors paired with the first tip color. Repeat with the second tip
color. The tip wire always goes first. The first tip wire is white with a
blue stripe (called White/Blue). The first ring wire is blue with a white
stripe (blue/white). (1)white/blue, (2)blue/white, (3) white/orange,
(4)orange/white, (5)white/green, (6)green/white, (7)white/brown, (8)
brown/white, (9) white/slate, (10) slate/white, (11) red/blue, (12)
blue/red, (13 red/orange etc etc.
