When I sat for the BCMSN, I spent a few minutes during the background/preparation questions whipping up a quick hex chart for the boundaries - 10, 20, 30, ... D0, E0, F0. I was very proud of myself until the questions that needed hex conversion had a button at the bottom that opened a full hex-to-decimal conversion page! Don't know about the other tests, though.
