Do a "sh ver" and it should tell you how it was recycled....power-on, memory
error, etc....
this may tell you a great deal.....

Subject: Switch Problem
Hi,
Many of my users have been reporting network connectivity disapearing and
comming back about a min later.
While looking through the logs of one switch (a 2924M-CL-EN) I noticed it
had been rebooted recently.
What would make a switch reboot itself? The switch isn't anywhere near
capacity (according to the scale on the front).
Any help greatly appreciated
