One thing I can tell you about your 4000... If its not a 4000M it doesn't
use a flash SIMM, it uses a flash board, definately not compatible with
anything else. The others I'm not sure about.

Subject: Memory/Flash Compatibility

<html><DIV>Guys,</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>I need some help on a flash memory issue here.&nbsp; I was told that
the flash for the cisco series 2600 and some 2500 series router is
compatible with those of the Series 4000 and 4000-M routers.&nbsp; Have you
guys experienced this before?&nbsp; I urgently need to upgrade the flash
both my 4000 and 4000-M series.&nbsp; In addition, if this is true and it
does work how will this affect the boot process?&nbsp; Any
suggestions?</DIV>
