1) Make sure that you have sufficient DRAM for the image to run. Check the
release notes for the CatOS version.
2) It appears that you are trying to tftp a sup3 image to a SupII.
3) Can you ping the tftp server from the switch? The switch from the tftp
server?
4) If the name of the file in your tftp folder doesn't match what you have
typed-in, then the tftp server will return a not found.
