I doubt that FRF.12 will gain you anything on a T1, it's recommended
for >768k links.
I did find a reference in one of Cisco's documents that suggested LLQ
was not supported over FR, but the SE I was working with claimed that
this was out-of-date. I can't find it again now, so maybe it's been
removed. I've also seen a best practices table that suggests LLQ is
now the preferred solution for VoIP/VoFR and VoATM.
Have a look at the link below, which is part of the 12.1.2T new
features and is about the best document I've found on LLQ.
