What's error code ?
Have you tried 'ATDT' command only . If you still find error,tried
'ATDP' command. If no error mean your modem set to dial pulse mode.
Put command 'ATT' to change dial tone mode.

Can anyone tell me what thw reason is?
The modem is connected to the Telephone Line properly and I have set it
to
default by the AT&F command.
