Sorry, I didn't make it clear.
the 6509 has msfc card, the "int vlan 100
ip helper-address  192.168.1.1" config was made on 6509 msfc card.
Do you mean that on the FE port that connect to 6509, 
the "ip helper-address"  should also be configed ?
