Freddie-MAC is probably who he has a contract with.  This guys sounds too
desperate.  I
would avoid this situation.  Don't take a job unless you feel comfortable. 
Interviews
for IT candidates are not to see whether or not they like you, its to see
whether or not
you like them.  Right now you have no idea.
