Try looking at radware.

www. radware.com

they have a product called linkproof, it'll load balance multiple ISP
connections for you (I don't know of any others that may do this), so you
won't need to run BGP in your environment.  But the ISPs would still run run
it.

I've installed it a couple of times and it all works out very well.
