What does your Sho Version say @ the bottom, concerning the config-register
???  My guess is that you do not have it in 0x2102.  If my memory serves me
correctly, I had one of these 2502's (bare bones model) & it was not setup
like a regular 2500.  I think it had ROM's (10.0) & 4 Megs of FLASH only.
