hi,

i must agree with my learned friend,

on the written i took twice recently there were to many "simple
questions".....Wait......

what i mean by simple is they were not related directly to what life is like
for the CCIE i know ......i got to many what i call non -technical
questions..

here`s is a loose example.....just enough to not invalidate the nda

" why would you use a routing protocol".......no senarios....just that
line........this is NOT a question you should ask a CCIE candidate....it`s
not a question i would use to test a CCIE skills....maybe a CCNA or
A+....but not a CCIE...

BTW the answer is "Because if i didn`t i wouldn`t need a cisco router"...

Sure ask me more relevant non technical qustions like

" would you recommend IBGP for a customer who may in the future be his own
isp"...OK not a very good example...but

that i think is relevant

prehaps the thinking of letting people with NO cisco Quals take the CCIE is
where the test fails...and they should make say a CCNA a pre-req

who knows.....CISCO ARE YOUR WATCHING....

my tup-pence (2p on old money)
