Well not sure about the stat but since its an event not an specific error I
would try following :

- Though there is an OIR event configure same port & put it online, verify
X25 works. Even if it works make sure you dont have any errors on link.
- Try changing cable/PA/bay on same box.
- If you another router running same image then use same cable/pa to make
sure if you get same error.

    If that works then change logging level, also make sure you dont have
any records by typing following commands if its there then add more
information to mail.

- show exception
- show align
