Yes i know i'm being dumb (years of practice!)
but i'm still confused as the mac addresses of the
servers aren't in the arp cache.

I have 4 servers connected to a vlan on a 6509, i have
checked ports, vlan and config but can find no
reference to the server ip addresses on the 6509.
I want to add another server to a spare port in the
same vlan but i dont know where to configure the new
server ip address on the 6509.
Cheers
George
