Most providers use the defaults. 0/35 to the CPE with Lucent hardware, or
0/38 with Alcatel hardware. In the scenarios I've seen, the dslam changes
it to the vpi for the CLLI, and Vc-switching is used in the transit network
up to the internet.
BTW, If anybody needs a Business DSL provider in a East/South-Eastern Teir 2
or Teir 3 city, let me know.
