There are a lot of different ports used for VOIP.
For the actual RTP stream:
UDP ports 16384 to 32767
For H.323 control traffic:
TCP ports 1720 and TCP port range 11000 to 11999
For MGCP control traffic:
UDP port 2427
TCP port 2428
For Skinny contol traffic:
TCP ports 2000,2001, and 2002
