Cisco OEM's Netcool from Micromuse and they call it Cisco InfoCenter, and
the products are very similar. Cisco InfoCenter documentation is available
on CCO.
If what you really want is just the Netcool docs, especially if you need
like Impact/Precision/Reporter server documentation, you need to get them
from Micromuse or from a Micromuse partner. I have the full documentation
and it is 62 MB in size.
