I was wondering if anyone knew the technical differences. My understanding
is that traditional T1 includings timing information withing the TDM signal
itself, and PRI uses the D channel for all maintaince information. Is this
correct? If so, why does the traditional T1 need the embedded timing
informaiton, and PRI does not. Thanks for the help.
