I know you know this stuff Tim, but did you set the DCE settings on the CSC
card & also set clockrate on the DCE side ???  I've spent many a night (late
!!!) with these AGS Up/Down Serial interfaces.  I've I wasn't so sure the
router would pull my back out,  I would have pitched it :o)
