The default gateway for the 2900 should be the RSM's HSRP address for VLAN
76. For example:

2900 Config snip it:
!
interface VLAN1
 ip address 1.2.3.4 255.255.2550
 no ip route-cache
 spantree disable
!
interface FastEthernet0/1
!
interface FastEthernet0/2
!
ip default-gateway 1.2.3.1
!

5500A RSM Config snip it:
!
interface Vlan76
 ip address 1.2.3.2 255.255.255.0
 standby 1 priority 200 preempt
 standby 1 ip 1.2.3.1
!

5500B RSM Config snip it:
!
interface Vlan76
 ip address 1.2.3.3 255.255.255.0
 standby 1 priority 100 preempt
 standby 1 ip 1.2.3.1
!
