Check the log I had this happen on a switch once and it turned out it was
over heating and shutting down.

Hi Patrick,
The 3 leds suddenly goes off and PIX stop response.
All I have to do to make it works again is turn PIX power off/on and
everything works find again for few hours...
Also, I did not think it's memory utilization because I did not shift all my
traffic to work bihind the PIX

Any idea???
