Hi, Would anyone assist on this. I am trying to upgrade the IOS the Cisco 800 series. I followed the steps by Cisco (or I thought I did) and now I am getting the rommon prompt when it reloads. I thought it was the config reg (correct me if I am wrong) so I changed it, but still the same thing. I am pretty sure I missed (or messed up) a step, please assist.
