Aironet WAN Bridges will give you a good throughput of anywhere from 5.5 to
7.5 Mbs depending on your implementations and have been very reliable and
almost no headaches at all.  Make sure you do it in the CISCO way.  You may
want to invest on two pix501 if you would like to add another level of
security.  You do not need any router.  Bridge configuration should not take
you more than 20 minutes.
