Dovelet, is this just happening on  off3 and off4?, what are the other 
stats for the interface when you show them. How a bout a "show 
frame-rlay pvc", any issues there ? There must me a reason. Do a "shut" 
and then "no shut" on each interface and then watch for a while. What 
IOS are you running on that 7200 ?, are there any bugs that could be 
fixed by updating the IOS ?, dig around at Cisco's site as well.
