I feel that generalising countries and saying that certifications are for sale is not right.There are a number of people who have worked hard and paid the exam fee( high for developing country denizens) to pass the exam.I have trained students from the USA, Africa, UK,Germany, Middle East and Australia and they come to India as training fee is less due to the valuation of the Dollar to the Rupee .Does this mean that all these foreigners brought their certifications as they passed their CCNA, or BCRAN,BSCN in India. The future will throw up a lot more full CCIE'S from these countries.
