Emergency Technology Guard. I think it's a good idea. My
only question is
whether he's over-reacting a bit. I didn't get the

communications was so terribly poor during the aftermath of
the attacks.
But I wasn't there either.
Anyway, I'm going to look into it. I'll let you all know
