Cisco BGP-4 Command and Configuration Handbook
William R. Parkhurst
ISBN 158705017X

Have browsed a couple of chapters, and studied two more.

This is a very good book. It's purpose is to provide in-depth hands on
configuration study for BGP on Cisco routers. As such it is set up more like
a series of detailed labs than a textbook.

As a result, there is some repetition. This can be tedious when reading. But
in a lab learning situation this is a wonderful approach. Step by step
procedures and detailed router outputs guide the student through
configuration, reading of results, and troubleshooting.

If you want to get to know BGP on Cisco routers from the inside out, this
book is definitely a must for your library. There is great detail, and
plenty of examples, both of the commands and their options, and the results
you should see after implementing those commands.

Enjoy
